Nanduri Subba Rao acted as Nephew, Kutumbarao as Telugu Teacher, Lady of the House was Seetaratnamma, Her daughter V B Kanakadurga and the Husband was C .Rammohan Rao all of whom acted wonderfully and although its an audio, we can see in our mind's eye all the scenes being enacted.

అత్తయ్యకు అనుకోకుండా ఆవిడ తల్లి చచిపోయిన కారణంగా వచ్చిన ఆస్తి గురించి తెలిసి భర్తేమో ఎవరికీ చెప్పకుండా ఒక పెద్ద ఇల్లు బేరమాడటానికి వెడతాడు, మేనల్లుడు (అమ్మాయి చిట్టిని పెళ్ళిచేసుకుందామని అనుకునేవాడు) ఆ డబ్బుతో కోళ్ళ ఫారం పెట్టటానికి అత్తను అడగటానికి వస్తాడు, ఆ ఊరి తెలుగు మాష్టారు "దుంపల మాష్టారు" తన కూతురి పెళ్ళికోసం అప్పుఆడగటానికి వస్తాడు. కాని ఈలోగా తులశమ్మగారు (అత్త) తన తాళంచెవులు పొయ్యాయని కంగారుపడుతూ, అందరినీ అనుమానిస్తుంది, చివరకు తన భర్త చొక్కా పట్టుకుని అడుగుతుంది. భూతవైద్యుణ్ణి పిలిపిస్తారు. అతను, ఆ తాళంచెవులు అక్కడే ఉన్నాయని చెబుతాడు. చివరకు, ఆ తాళం చెవులు, అత్త రొంటినే ఉంటాయి. చివరకు అందరూ నవ్వుకుంటారు.
FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT READ TELUGU: Wife of a Middle Class man inherits money as her mother dies and gives the money through Will. The money was Rs.10,000- when USD was less than Rs.10- per dollar. She keeps the hard cash inside an almirah and guards the keys always. The play starts with her Nephew talking funnily about the money inherited by his aunt and a Telugu Teacher coming in between hopeful of getting a loan for performing his daughter's marriage. Meanwhile, the Keys were found missing and the Lady of the house suspects everybody. Meanwhile her husband comes and she even catches hold of his shirt demanding the return of keys. They even call a Tantra Man to find out the keys who proclaims that the Keys are with somebody in that room only. The Lady of the house ultimately finds the keys in the folds of her saree around her waist and starts laughing. The Telugu Teacher was quite indignant. But Husband of the lady persuades him with the promise of a sumptuous meal and all have a hearty laugh.
