Physical health was never taught or shown, and its okay to have these circumstances. Physical health and fitness ability is was more achievable and accessible than you might think. Going to the gym and lifting weights is not what you have to do. You can start slow, exploring the mechanics of your body, enhancing your strength, flexibility, physical well-being continuously and all in your own pace with guaranteed success! I'm Leo, I'm a movement & fitness coach.

Departing from the traditional route of fitness, I train and educate people in unlocking the movement potential of their body. Including a variety of styles, such as calisthenics, breakletics, breakdancing, acrobatics, gymnastics and functional training, I work as a personal trainer and fitness coach. While I'm based and teaching in Zurich, I'm traveling all over the world to give workshops too. As most people reside in a static routine, I want to reintroduce people to their bodies and the potential of movement while promoting a healthy lifestyle.
