Описание: If your horse is outside during bad weather, you can help your horse by putting on a rug. Outdoor rugs are waterproof and therefore good to use during rain. Which thickness you'll need will depend on some different factors. If the horse is old, clipped or there's a cold wind, you'll need a thicker rug. The thickness is often indicated in grams. 0 grams is an unlined rain rug and only works as a raincoat, 200 grams is a medium thickness and 400 grams is a heavy winter rug. Bucas makes it easy and lets you know which temperatures are suitable for theirs rugs. But, these are just guidelines. Therefore always keep an eye on your own horse and adjust the rug to its needs if necessary. If you think that the horse is cold, you can also purchase a under rug. You could also add a neck cover which gives the neck some extra warmth.
