A single strawberry has 200 seeds! This seedy looking fruit is the only fruit we could find with its seeds on the outside.

In additional to being a low calorie treat, the yummy red berries are packed full of nutrients including Vitamin B, Vitamin K, Folate and Potassium.
Eating these strawbs may improve your hearts health, lower your blood sugar and even prevent cancer! Making strawberries your go to fruit can help to keep you in excellent health.
There are many ways to eat the strawberry, from a strawberry smoothie, to strawberries and cream, ice cream or yogurt are also a great pairing for this fruit. They are great with pancakes and on a pavlova.
