its an simple & easy pudding which the kids really love, its melts like a snow😋
Ingredients :
egg white : 5 nos
sugar :1/2 cup & 1 tablespoon
vanila essence :1 tspn
Method:
1.Beat the egg white from low to medium speed for 3-4 minutes.
2.Add sugar to it & beat untill it becomes creamy.
3.Grease a pudding tray with caramalised sugar & add the batter to it.
4.Steam the batter in a pan for 15minutes in low flame.
5.allow it to cool & serve chilled.
