If your Toyota RAV4 engine cooling fan is not coming on, this video will guide you step by step.
In this video, I’m working on a 2012 Toyota RAV4, and I’ll first show you which of the two engine-bay fuse/relay boxes actually controls the engine cooling fan (not the AC condenser fan).
After identifying the correct fan relay, I go further to explain a practical ignition-based fan bypass.
This method is commonly used in hot regions like Nigeria, where we want the engine cooling fan to run immediately once the ignition is ON, helping prevent overheating.
