This tutorial will show you how to lay and loop the rubber bands to form the shape.
This LoomLess Cotton Candy Charm uses
6 white Rubber Bands
12 blue Rubber Bands
12 Pink Rubber Bands
This Loom-LESS Cotton Candy Charm will look stunning hanging from any Rainbow Loom Bracelet, or a basic Fishtail, used as a charm on a necklace or even on a key chain or book bag.
