Описание: Justin Trudeau confirmed that CESB (Canada Emergency Student Benefit) applications will open on May 15th for post-secondary students and graduating highschool students. CESB is not available for international students at this moment. Students can apply to CESB through the phone or on the CRA website starting at 6am EST on May 15th.

CESB is the equivalent of CERB for students. As students are looking for internships or summer jobs, they have noticed that their prospects have been impacted greatly due to the current pandemic. As a result, the government of Canada created CESB specifically for students, giving them $1250/period to help with daily living expenses.
