Again, just a showcase of what i have done so far. I added, as they are called in Mario "THWOMB TRAPS".......... mine can move just horizontal or just vertical or just clockwise. I can configure them easily in the unity inspector.
If anyone asking himself. How do i check if i am crushed by that thing? For now, i just added a smaller collider to the trap with a trigger. The rigidbody has the maximum possible MASS.... So when i get pushed by that massive mass, my character gets stuck inside the trap for a short second and the collider is triggered :)
