Last week I promised that January was all about collage and this is our final collage session in our group expressive arts therapy for January 🥳

Be sure to join us for Fridays session so you can craft along and find out Februarys theme and what it can do for your mental health and your life in general.

📆 BEFORE FRIDAY:

Raid your stash!!

👉Grab magazine pull outs,
👉paper scraps,
👉artwork,
👉painted backgrounds you want to use,
👉tissue paper,
👉book pages
👉stickers,
👉scrapbook ephemera

Pick out whatever you have that you like and don’t over think it.. just pick it and put it somewhere safe for you to use with us on Friday.

Trust your gut!

🎨 SUPPLIES:
White Card/Journal (I’ll be using an A4 art journal)
Glue sticks (like Pritt stick or Elmers glue)
Stickers/Washi Tape
Markers/Paint Pens
