A process video showing me alter a paint brush to create a Queen of the Night styled make.
I start by stamping a "sketch" to the brush using a Lynne Perrella stamp. I then stamp the same image on top of white tissue paper to be used later. I choose a cathedral window looking chipboard shape and make a colored glass painting to it by using a piece of vellum and alcohol ink. I then color the brush and other elements using acrylic paints. After drying the painted layer, I collage the stamped tissue paper on top thus coloring the image from underneath. After another dry, I then make a simplified moon using cardstock and add some shine to the project using silver wax, Pearl Glaze and rhinestones. After filming I also add some white pearls to the mix as a reference to the Moon.
Thank you for watching!
