New to line dancing? It can be intimidating going into a busy bar to learn line dancing, we like creating a space in a comfortable place to get you started. So whether you're comfortable space is in the gym with us, or at home we hope you enjoy learning the dances and we hope it inspires you dance more!

One thing to keep in mind is there are sometimes multiple line dance choreographies to the same song so when you go out to that in person lesson at your local line dance spot, get the name of the dance that's being taught from the instructor. After the lesson add the song to a playlist, find the version of the dance you learned and a demo video (if you need a reminder of the steps) and take a few minutes throughout the week to do a brief review of the dance. Repetition is key to remembering multiple dances!
