Whether you're brand new to contact poi or you've got a few tricks under your belt, these two tips will help you clean up your contact poi tricks and make picking up new poi tricks that much easier. Contact poi moves are more on the side of intermediate poi tricks and require relearning some basic kinesthetic skills to really perfect, but with these skills trained you'll find that even for a beginner the pieces will start to fall into place!
