Establishing parenting goals is not something that should be done only once. Parenting goals are what you wish to achieve in your parenting. They keep you focused on the vital things that will take you nearer to them.
Choosing the correct goals can change your life. There are both long-term and short-term parenting goals. They might be visible or concealed. You may believe you have one in mind, but your deeds pursue another.
Both parenting goals and concepts are classified into three types.
The Three Parenting Goals are:
• Parent-centered goals.
• Child-centered goals.
• Relationship-centered goals.
The three parenting challenges are as follows:
• Parenting is difficult.
• Every child is unique.
• Maintain a relationship with your child.
These three fundamental concepts and goals contain the ideas of discipline, connection building, looking after children, and garnering assistance. They also serve as a foundation for effective parenting.
