RECIPE (Half Pint)
1/2 cup Glazed Carrots
1/4 Teaspoon of Guar Gum
3 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
1 Cup of Heavy Cream or Half & Half or Whole Milk

POSSIBLE IMPROVEMENTS
Use way less carrots since they overpowered the entire ice cream
Use a little more cinnamon and black pepper to enhance those flavors
Maybe add cream cheese to the ice cream base
