If you want access to ALL game DLCs and the UNLIMITED crafting bag, I highly encourage you to get ESO Plus. Do the NON-DLC money making tricks...then find a trustworthy person in your Trade Guild that is selling crowns, you can then purchase with in-game gold the DLCs from the Crown Store.
