The partial cast reunion with Beals also included actors: Katherine (“Kate”) Moenning (Shane McCutcheon), Leisha Hailey (Alice Pieszecki), Mia Kirshner (Jenny Schecter), Erin Daniels (Dana Fairbanks), Sarah Shahi (Carmen de la Pica Morales), Daniela Sea (Max/Moira Sweeney) and show creator and executive producer, Ilene Chaiken, where they discussed their experiences as part of the first groundbreaking lesbian television show, how a reboot could be in order and how shocked they are that a void still remains in 2017 in the wake of the show’s conclusion eight years earlier in 2009. Laurel Holloman (Tina Kennard) was absent. The reunion special was aired by PEN (“People Entertainment Network”).
