There's a lot of talk about various Resident Evil remakes this year. No one seems to know which one Capcom will release next. Instead of waiting around, I sinned their first Resident Evil remake, the one that set the stage for all to come. No 'Jill Sandwiches' or 'masters of unlocking' here. Like the modern remakes, Capcom removed as much campy fun as they could.
