Ninja Gaiden 4 is an absolutely fantastic hack-and-slash platformer that is an incredible return to form for this series channeling the magic that defined the Xbox and 360 era of these games, especially Ninja Gaiden 2. This review will be covering everything from the story, the combat to the way in which Ninja Gaiden 4 measures up to its predecessors. There is a lot to love in this package and is a perfect bookend to the revival of Ninja themed games that underpinned 2025.
