Destiny: Rising (Closed Beta) | Solo "Contest" Gauntlet: Onslaught - Break In (Raid 1st Encounter)

Описание: This run is pretty scuffed, as this was only my 4th attempt, 1st to the final ad clearing, so I didn't have much practice outside of figuring this out in a 6 man team. The final ad clear is especially bad since it's not optimised at all. I realised at the end that if I left one shank alive then no more ads would respawn, so that would've been better to know earlier. Also, using the catalyst for the GL would've been better than using super, but I legit didn't know how it worked until someone commented on it and I tried it for myself.

Compared to the alpha, this was harder than the normal solo, but easier than the celebration solo, which is a bit weird since this was 20 under instead of celebration where we're 15 under. Also I named this contest since that's basically what it is, especially today where the server level cap is 50 and the activity is 70, but it'll go to 55 tomorrow and beyond that afterwards, and I don't know if the activity level will scale with our level at some point.

Strats wise compared to the alpha, the method I used to use to cross got fixed, as there is an invisible wall that blocks you now. The method of flying up the empty bridge still works tho, but we don't have partridge sky yet which was the sword that let you fly this, so I found a wolf combo that can make the gap. You use his ranged ability to proc Wolf's Dash for better movement speed, then I double jump and use his dash ability, pop super and do 3 attacks, then finish with another dash ability, which just clears the gap. The bigger problem comes with going back over, as you can't go down the bridge without a key, and you can't fly around cause of the wall, so I have to use the unstuck feature to make it back, which is a bit cheesy, but there's not much else I can do.

Finally, I was looking forward to trying to solo Issakis’s Tabernacle (the final boss) at some point in the beta when we're not under leveled anymore, but they nerfed Tan-2 (the wellock character) so hard compared to the alpha that I don't think it's possible anymore, so that's a shame.
