Some notes: it took me awhile to find this deck for a reasonable price, and I bought it, new, through 'Tarot Boutique' for under $40 total with shipping and taxes (shipped from France to the US). There are 'copycat' versions of this deck manufactured in Argentina as well. The tarot box manufactured from Argentina has more 'white space' on the box (larger margins from the central image). I've seen sellers listing this deck (authentic and copycat) for $80-100+ and I think that's quite unreasonable. Some sellers are listing a used copy of this deck for that exorbitant price point. Noting this in case you're shopping around and wondering where to buy from.

From the research I've done, my understanding is that the deck manufactured in France is the authentic one. I don't have confirmation of that information, but it may help you make a more informed deck purchase.

Personally, I don't judge 'copycat' decks, so long as they're reasonably priced. I don't judge because I don't know anything about the negotiations deck artists make with deck publishers/manufacturers, etc. But $80-100+ for a copycat deck is price gouging, and outrageous.
