On "My Car Story" we're in the Suburbs of Phoenix AZ on 10-6-20.
We're looking at a 1969 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 in Silver Paint. The car comes with a modified Chevrolet 350 CI V8 engine that produces 240 HP.
The car's Owner is John Bergquist. John’s had this car since 2019. He shares he has a Porsche, however when he would go to car shows, seemed, everyone had a Porsche, so he wanted something different and when at a local car show last year, this one was there. After conversation with the Owner, they made a deal and he bought it. This Toyota was a 5 year restoration.
