Factories can add flexibility to assembly lines by changing the WIS easily. Just touch the model/SKU, followed by the part number.

Fast Updates
WIS, SOP and CP can be updated across the plant from a central server, or individually if needed. All data is stored on a server and displayed on individual PFIS machines through a LAN network. Files can be made available to “all” in a “broadcast” method, or to individual machines.

Use Existing WIS/SOP/CP
The PFIS allows use of your existing WIS/SOP/CP in any format (XLS, DOC, JPG, PDF, etc). No need for expensive customization. Be up and running in minutes.

User-Friendly ERP Connection
This system is envisaged to stand alone, and need not be linked to any ERP. However it could be connected through a LAN so that key personnel can view files at any time from the server.

Keep Capital Costs Low
Any computer hardware can be used. PFIS runs best on Palas 170BCCM touch computers. However any Windows based touchscreen computer can be used, including tablets. Server can be any fast PC.
