Though its a little time consuming its super easy and delicious and best of all its HOMEMADE. All natural ingredients with no chemicals or preservatives. Żurek is a soup made from sour rye starter, aromatic fresh pork sausage, smoked bacon, some fresh veggies, garlic and marjoram. Sausage and bacon will make a full-bodied base for the soup and give the distinctive flavor. Sour rye starter will provide the tanginess and originality to this one of a kind soup.
