Join us as we recognize an exciting milestone in our Culinary Arts program and celebrate three outstanding students who have officially earned their chef coats and been named Student Sous Chefs: Marihle Smith, Tanner Botello, and Diego Guerra.
In this interview, Chef Hoffman, who leads our Culinary Arts program, shares how the program prepares students for real-world careers in the food and hospitality industry. He also explains the pathways available to students—from hands-on kitchen experience and industry certifications to post-secondary training and workforce opportunities.
Each student reflects on the dedication, discipline, and growth it took to earn their chef coat, highlighting the skills they have developed and the pride they feel in reaching this achievement.
