These waterproof flames burn brightly across the city streets, as well as acting as beacons for those out in the open waters whose boats are too far from the lighthouse to reach. These blue flames have become somewhat of a symbol for us in the city, that despite the odds, we remain ever vigilant, ever burning. This particular torch seems to be inhabited by a peculiar fire spirit that likes to hop from torch to torch. They don't seem to bother anyone though, so we chose to just leave them be.
