The Himba tribe—a people living in the northern region of Namibia—stand half-naked with ochre-covered skin, as if isolated from time, existing in a world of their own.
On the road, I’m often moved by those unexpected encounters—unique cultures I never set out to find, yet somehow drift into my path.
In just three days, I felt a kind of raw and genuine warmth that exists between people—growing quietly through smiles that transcend language, through glances that bridge unfamiliarity.
I’ve never longed for a place to belong, but through countless collisions with strangers and unknown cultures, I found myself slowly shedding the labels I’d grown used to—uncovering parts of myself I had never noticed before.
