Short visit to the ancient ruins of Amul
Amul is a medieval settlement on the outskirts of modern Turkmenabat.
During the 9th–10th centuries, Amul thrived as a trade hub on routes linking Merv to Bukhara and Khorezm to Bactria.
Amul fortress in the site “The Great Silk Road: Zarafshan-Karakum Corridor”, included on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Took domestic flight to Ashgabat.
