Dal Kebabs Recipe is a very easy yet delicious and high protein vegetarian starter. Dal Kebabs can be prepared very quickly.
Ingredients Of Dal Kebab Recipe
Moong Dal (Soaked for 15 hours) - 1 Cup
Potato - 1 Medium Size Boiled and Mashed
Onion - 1/2 Medium Size Finely Chopped
Paneer - 50 - 75gm finely Grated
Fresh Coriander - 3-4 sprigs Finely Chopped
Fresh Mint - 2 sprigs Finely Chopped
Ginger - 2 inch Finely Chopped
Green Chilli - 1 big finely chopped
Garlic - 5-6 Cloves Finely Chopped
Bread Slices - 2
Salt to Taste
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
Shan Chappli Kebab Masala - 2 tbsp
(If you do not get Chappli Kebab Masala you can use MDH Chicken Tandoori Masala + Chat Masala + Anardana Powder)
Preparation Method of Dal Kebab Pizza (Tawa Pizza At Home)
Grind the soaked moong dal without water
Mix all the ingredients and make a dough
Make a Kebab shape patty.
Heat the 2 tsp oil in a fry pan and place the kebab patties on the pan and cover the pan. Cook the patty for 5 minutes on low flame.
Once one side is done flip the kebabs and and cook the patty for 7-8 minutes on low flame.
Moong Dal Kebab is ready to be served with onions and green mint chutney.
