Our Studio's First Year (1 Year of Owning our Own Studio)

We've come a long way from our earlier studio experiences, navigating through rented spaces and internships. Our journey began in a 2,500 square foot warehouse, which later expanded to a whopping 12,000 square feet. However, as our needs grew, we found that the larger space posed challenges, especially since we didn't own it. The desire to have a space we could call our own, with the freedom to modify and enhance, became a priority.



Fast forward to the present, and here we are in our own studio, a decision driven by practicality and long-term vision. We wanted a space that could be more than just a filming location for us, a place we could potentially rent out to others. The new studio offers a cleaner, organized environment with designated rooms and improved sound quality, a far cry from the grungy, dusty warehouse we used to call home.


One major motivation for owning our studio was the financial aspect. Investing in our own space not only provides equity but also eliminates the uncertainty of being asked to move out suddenly.
