How to Make Black Raspberry Seedless Jelly (No Pectin)

Описание: What can I say. My wife and I love this jelly. My kids love this jelly. And everyone who has ever been given some has liked it as well. If you are brave enough to pick through the thorns these little berries can make some great syrup and jelly. I hope you like the video. Handwritten recipe at the end.

Couple notes: After the base, the lemon is something you have to add to taste. I like to cook about halfway before trying it and add as necessary.

I use the same recipe for regular raspberries.
