Hi! Today, we're going to combine our Putchinta and Leche Flan. This Putchinta Flan is exploding with different flavors and textures. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Puto Mixture:
1 cup or 120 g all-purpose or cake flour
1/4 cup or 31 g milk powder
1/4 cup or 52 g white sugar
1 tbsp. or 14 g baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 pc. medium or large egg
3/4 cup or 6 oz. water

Flan Mixture:
1/2 cup or 153 g condensed milk
1/4 cup or 63 g evaporated milk
2 pcs. medium or large eggs
1 pc. small calamansi

Kutsinta Mixture:
1/2 cup or 70 g cassava flour
1/2 cup or 62 g all-purpose or cake flour
1/2 cup or 100 g brown sugar
1 tsp. lye water or lihia
1 1/4 cup or 10 oz. water
