Summer pasta during the rainy season? I believe it's still appropriate. Since the downpour leaves us with no choice but to stay at home, it's a good time to experiment in the kitchen. This delicious salad calls for veggies, which were lucky to have all year round, some GLAD foil, and pasta.
Thankful that restauranteur Happy Ongpauco-Tiu welcomed my team and me to her kitchen so we could learn how to make this recipe from scratch.
