I specifically ordered these for my 10 year old Son who has Celiac Disease, so he can only eat Gluten Free foods. Because these bars are manufactured in a facility that processes Tree Nuts, I was not able to try these for myself. So I enlisted the help of my 2 children to write this review. I learned very quickly that my Son does not like Coconut however, my Daughter loves the bars. She says they are very soft and she likes the texture. She also says the cherries are very tart. She says the more bites she took, the more she really enjoyed the bars. She brought 2 bars with her on our way out and about and willfully ate both bars. I love that she ate them being they are so natural and good for her. It can be such a challenge to get my kids to eat properly, and these bars help her with that. These bars are appropriate for many different dietary preferences and needs such as being Vegan and Gluten Free to just name 2 of the several listed on the Sellers listing. They are a wonderful and naturally nutritious sweet snack to enjoy. Natures candy as Nature intended.
