This is a different way how to do fried chicken cutlet/schnitzel.
The magic happens in the way you cover the meat.
In this case, you use breadcrumbs first, then eggwash and when meat is fried, you put them together with bacon and onion slices to the baking dish and bake it together for +/- 30 minutes.
They are not crispy like traditional schnitzels, but onion and bacon take them to a different level.
