Snow Socks vs No Socks - testing my Tesla Model Y LR traction in the snow

In this week's video I test some snow socks! We've had 2cm of snow fall, my car is parked at the bottom of a sloping driveway, with a sloping lane after that to get to the road. Whilst the road is clear my way to the road is deep in snow.

My Tesla Model Y LR has all-wheel drive, but I'm still running on OEM summer 19" tyres. To get me out of slippery patches I have bought a pair of snow socks off Amazon.

In this test I try to get the car out on normal tyres, then fit the snow socks to see what the difference is. Will the snow socks get me off the snow and free to drive away?
