You will have one to two minutes to talk about this topic.
You will have one minute to prepare what you are going to say.

Let’s talk about courage.
What are some different ways that people can be brave? Which of these takes the most courage and why?
Some people think that being brave is often also being foolish. Why do people say this? Can you give some examples?
How has technology had an influence on people’s bravery? Why are people so driven to create technology which elicits fear, such as fast cars?
Let’s talk about self-sacrifice
What are the common reasons that people sacrifice their health and safety? Is this always good?
How can people minimize risk when placing themselves in harm's way to help others? What can society do to help with this?
