Quest for class change 1 time you can start it at lvl 37+ BUT you need to have 38lvl to finish it. This quest is needed for all Elven Classess.
NOTE.you can attack Eva's Unicorn with you normal weapon just final blow need to be done with talin's spear i just do it this way to be sure you never know when critical hit will come xD.
NOTE 2. this is in my biased opinion THE absolutely worst quest in all of Lineage 2 because main NPC is long way from any teleport point and you must go to her multiple times it is like 1/3 of the time you do quest you are walking to her.
