For those new to my channel, I'm Xtine Cardenas!

Before I started what I do now, I was unhappily married, weighed 270 lbs in a body I hated while raising twins.

Like many others, I've struggled with emotional eating, health issues, and feeling trapped.

I ended up making the decision to completely transform my life—losing over 120 lbs and building a successful women's coaching business from scratch WHILE leaving a 15-year marriage with nothing but a Dyson vacuum and an air fryer.

There's plenty of people on the internet speaking about subjects they haven't truly experienced, so here's what qualifies me to create the content I do....

Lost over 120 lbs

Coached hundreds of women to bodies they love

I grew up doing fad diets with my mom. I wish I'd had someone like me to tell me "that's not the way, do this instead", it would have saved me a lot of time.

And so I want to be the person I needed most when I was struggling.
