Описание: WordPress Permalinks after change to post name or custom permalink structure save not working getting page not found 404 error. This issue is fixed by altering .htaccess file content and its Permission.

Here is the default htaccess code, you can add inside the IFModule tag which is not allowed to write in the video description:
