Bells Beach Sunset surf | Reflections on stillness & learning

Описание: This afternoon at Bells Beach, I chose stillness over striving. The waves were clean and powerful, but instead of paddling out, I sat with the sea — reflecting on learning to surf in my late 20s, honouring the ebb and flow of self-growth, and embracing a moment of peace.

This video is for the women learning something new a little later in life — figuring it out as they go. And for the surfers stuck at home with no waves, craving beautiful surf footage to sink into.

Learning to surf has been a wild, emotional ride — full of wipeouts, tiny wins, and deep life lessons. Some days I show up strong. Other days, I sit and observe.

Filmed at Bells Beach on the 24th of May, 2025, during a day filled with quiet adventure: gentle waves, warm autumn sun, waterfalls, and a reminder that stillness is powerful too. 🌊
