One month after Nancy Guthrie was abducted from her Tucson home, no arrests have been made, and her whereabouts remain unknown — despite surveillance video of a suspect and DNA evidence collected in the case.
Multiple people have been detained and released in connection with the investigation, including a mother and son who sat down with Arizona’s Family true crime correspondent Briana Whitney to address ongoing online suspicion directed at them.
On the night of Feb. 13, law enforcement conducted a SWAT operation targeting Luke Daley and his mother, Mary. Luke was detained outside a Culver’s restaurant while his Range Rover was searched and towed. At the same time, Mary was detained at their home while agents searched inside.
