Pride Month 2020 | Life at Next is Pride at Next

Описание: Pride Month 2020, is going to very different from any other year because of the the global pandemic of Covid-19. But that's not going to stop Next celebrating with it's LGBT+ employees!

We're still going to be celebrating and supporting the LGBT+ community throughout June 2020 in a safe and fun way. Next will not be able to physically celebrate Pride events in 2020 but will still want people to bring their whole selves to Next so they can build stronger relationships and grow!

pride at Next was launched back in 2019 and the purpose is to empower LGBT Plus individuals to collaborate and share experiences to ensure that they can be the very best they can and achieve their full potential in a positive and supportive working environment.

We have a group of volunteers that work for Next, they are the our Pride at Next Network. The role of the LGBT+ Network will be primarily to provide a safe and supportive working environment to its members. This will be done by sharing experiences and best practise through holding regular meetings, attending events and communicating with the business on LGBT+ issues.

The network will actively shape a positive culture through their activities and will look for opportunities to come up with new ideas as well as sharing, learning and collaborating with other employee networks.
