Joe Williams is a singer. Noel Williams, Jr. is a politician. Janie Lou Gibbs was a serial killer. We look at the neighbor along 24th Avenue. We check our 16th Avenue from Interstate 75 to US 41. Then we travel to the State Farmers Market.
