Trigger Email through Power BI | Unseen option in Power BI - trigger Email to defaulters 👍

Описание: You should have a Power BI account and Power Automate (Flow) account.
You should have access to the dataset or report in Power BI that you want to trigger the email from.
You should have a destination email address where the email will be sent.

*Step-by-Step Instructions:*

1. *Create a Power BI Data Alert (if not already created):*
In Power BI Service, go to the report or dashboard you want to create an alert for.
Select the visual or element you want to create an alert for.
Click on "More options" (three dots) and select "Create alert."

2. *Set up the Data Alert in Power BI:*
Configure the conditions for the alert. For example, you can set a condition to trigger the alert when a certain data threshold is met or exceeded.
Specify the frequency of the alert (e.g., daily, weekly).
Define the alert recipients (your email address or others).

3. *Create a Flow in Power Automate:*
Go to the Power Automate portal (https://flow.microsoft.com/).
Click on "Create" and select "Automated cloud flow" (or another appropriate trigger based on your use case).

4. *Set up the Trigger for Power BI Data Alert:*
Search for and select the Power BI trigger. This trigger is typically named "When a data-driven alert is triggered."

5. *Sign in to Your Power BI Account:*
Sign in with the same account you used to create the data alert in Power BI.

Once you're satisfied with the flow's setup and testing, enable it to run automatically when the data alert is triggered.
