In this video, we demonstrate how to interface an analog sensor with the PIC16F877A microcontroller using its built-in ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter).
The analog values are read from a potentiometer or LM35 temperature sensor and displayed on a 16x2 LCD in both digital and voltage formats.
You will learn how to write the code in CCS C Compiler, configure ADC channels, interface an LCD in 4-bit mode, and simulate the complete circuit in Proteus.
A push button is used to toggle between two analog input channels (AN0 and AN1), allowing real-time comparison of two sensor inputs.
