This video shows the progression of my physical transition to natural footwear and bare feet. In the first picture, dated April 2015, I had already been wearing Correct Toes and engaged in active postural therapy for 6 months.
How did I do it? A lot of:
1) wearing Correct Toes during ~100% of weight bearing hours
2) after 1.5 years, a switch to minimal sandals
3) natural movement all the time (http://www.nutritiousmovement.com)
4) adopting the Born to Run running technique (http://www.borntorun.com)
5) daily physical therapy with tools (Yoga Tune Up, The Stick, The Foot Log)
6) a lot of yoga / tai chi / dynamic stretching
7) daily trail running (rough surface textures)
