Rainbow Bagels are one of the many flavors made at Dizz's Bagel and Deli. Dizz's Bagel opened 25 years ago in 1995 as a father & son business between Steve Dizgun and his father Irwin (Dizzy). Now, the bakery is managed by Steve's son, Max, for the next generation to carry on the tradition as a family-run business. Kenga, the Head Baker, has been part of the bakery since its opening. Kenga and his assistant, Razu, will show you how they make the famous Rainbow Bagel. The video demonstrates the process of adding and combining the rainbow colors, shaping the bagels, boiling, and baking in an impressive 30 tonne fire oven.

Besides Rainbow Bagels, Dizz's Bagel & Deli also bakes classic bagel flavors like: cinnamon and raisin, poppy, sesame, multigrain, plain (of course), whole wheat, and all dressed. They have other delicious flavors like banana & chocolate, carrot, and pumpernickel.

Dizz's Bagel & Deli is open 24 hours a day in case you need a bagel at 3:30am, which is the perfect hour to try a Rainbow Bagel with Birthday Cake cream cheese and sprinkles.
