It has been my goal for 14 years to find a sustainable method to raise money for the express purpose of helping Borrowers who have fought their foreclosure against racketeers and even if they could win they are out of money by the time they learn they were trying too hard by thinking they had the burden to prove they were being defrauded. THAT IS THE BURDEN OF FORECLOSING PARTY AND EVEN MORE SO, THE JUDGE.

But, they were not the real targets. I was using Constitutional Law, exclusively the Constitutional Doctrine of Cases and Controversies, which support the root law of Standing and Subject Matter Jurisdiction.

Basically, the Complaint was violation of Rights pursuant to Standing. There are requirements for Standing by the Foreclosing Parties wanting to get into court. A violation of the (this looks longer than it is) Constitutional, Irreducible, Minimum Requirements of Standing.

But, judges don't follow the law do they? So, I struggled with that for years. In a soon to posted video, I will explain that. But, there may be requirements to watch it. I want to form an association of Borrowers. There are now just as many foreclosures as there has been since the year 2000, but Borrowers are tapped out. I am tapped out. I have tried to figure out a way to raise the money to help Borrowers for years.

I think that using YouTube which I have rarely used before, Telegram and Patreon together we can raise money without anyone having to put in a large amount. Nothing for now. WE JUST NEED CLICKS TO START.
