On April 14, 2019, Enrico Bauer, Yasuhiko Genku Kimura, Alec Oxenford, Rafael Steinhauser, and Frederick Turner, all members of the Berlin Future Forum – mapped current trends and transformations in the fields of art and technology as they explored their overlapping and collaborative future.
About Art Basel Cities: Buenos Aires Talks Program
Launched in November 2017, the Art Basel Cities Talks Program facilitates exchanges about art between members of the Argentine and international artworlds, together with the broader Buenos Aires community. In April 2019, Art Basel Cities, in collaboration with arteBA Fundación, hosted 42 speakers from across the cultural sphere to discuss topics ranging from gender in contemporary art to collecting in a globalized world. These talks, held April 12–14 in Buenos Aires within transparent domes at Plaza Intendente Seeber or amid the arteBA fair at La Rural, took two primary formats: intimate Parallel Rooms discussions or larger, seminar-style Masterclasses.
